If wife qualifies for a seven, gets through, and gets a discharge, husband gets the community property discharge. Is there a save the house issue, or another such reason to leave husband in ch 13?

Chapter 13 Debtors in confirmation stages, going through divorce. H will
still need to be in 13 because of income, even after paying support. W will
now qualify for ch 7.
Can I convert W to a ch 7 and leave H in ch 13?
