Also note that in an issue previous to April 13 (within the previous three
weeks, I think) there was an interesting article on the sale of foreclosed
homes. The writer reported on a guy here in So Cal who is a hot shot at
moving these house. The business or the job even has an acronym, but I
can't remember it. It is a side of the process that I was completely
unfamiliar with.
