Mortgage servicing abuses - It is hitting the fan in a big way

This article talks about an issue we have been discussing in court for
years and what ultimately led to the Addendum. The Plaintiff's in this
case estimate that Chase and Wells Fargo may have cheated homeowners in
default out of a BILLION DOLLARS in bogus fees. I would take a guess
that EVERY chapter 13 case with mortgage arrears has this issue present.
