Appilcation for Filing Fee Waiver

The debtor takes it along with the petition to the filing window and in
Los Angeles the clerk will take them over to the duty judge for review
and it is usually approved. In the Valley it is a bit different because
they don't file the case first and take it right to the judge for
approval. Did you disclose your assistance in the petition?

Appilcation for Filing Fee Waiver

I've drafted the Petition and Schedules for a debtor that will file and appear in prop per. I've also prepared an Application for Waiver of the Ch 7 Filing Fee. This is the first time me for doing a fee waiver. Is the application and waiver decided at the filing window (doubtful)? Or is the application filed and the order mailed to the debtor to return with Petition and Schedules? Thx DCS
