Summons

I've been getting Summons issued within a day or two in my recent matters. I think a lot depends on the judge...

Unfortunately, I know too well how to file an alias summons. My problem is that it appears that we are getting the summons with very little time to if any to send it out. One came in 10 days after the issuance recently and I just wanted to see if anyone is having this problem.

not in a long time but getting an alias summons is not difficult. just use a regular summons and type the word "ALIAS" in the appropriate location. Then send back to Court with original summons.
