Deposition of Debtors

A stipulation was signed continuing a deposition. No order has been entered on the stip. Original deposition was never court ordered via proper motion - it was only noticed by creditor and we cooperated. Creditor now wants more info from debtors to examine them regarding their expenses in preparation of a confirmation hearing. No AP has been filed. Can we recind our stipulation to contd depo? Do we have to turnover proof of debtor expenses and subject them to a depo for confirmation hearing without formal order from the court?
