I have the reverse situation. Creditor files adversary action;
settlement is reached. Creditor doesnt file the settlement with the
judge. Case was filed last June, is still open. Debtor did FM course
months ago, filed F23. Any reason there shouldnt have been a
discharge?

Here's a situation I haven't run across before:
Chapter 7 case is closed by Court with no discharge for Debtor's failure to complete Debtor Education class. There is a nondischargeability case pending. Does the nondischargeability case continue to get prosecuted? Is it put on hold pending the Debtor's (inevitable) Motion to Reopen Case to file the Debtor Education certificate? Is it up to the judge?
