In a case pending in the Valley, I have a debtor who has a sole proprietorship. On the "means test" I inserted gross income and expenses on line 3 which then lists the "net" income. The Truste contends that I should only be listing the gross income and subtract the business expenses in later parts of the means test. This seems to be in conflict with what the actual form states. Any thoughts?
