Pre or post- depending on when overpayment was received by debtor.
Pre should be dischargeable as contract debt.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Private Disability Insurance Benefit Overpayment
Debtor files for bankruptcy while still receiving private disability
insurance payments on a weekly basis. Immediately subsequent to the filing
of the bankruptcy, debtors insurance company cancels the disability
insurance payments and claims overpayment in the amount of $15k.
Was the overpayment amount of $15k incurred prior to filing or post-filing?
Is this debt dischargeable in BK?
Thanks,
