IRS Foreclosure Procedures/Timing

Client has received Summons and Complaint by IRS to foreclose its tax liens against client's residence. Does anyone know the statutory authority that lays out the procedure for conducting such sales? I am most interested in the amount of time it takes to hold the sale, etc.
