Dear Fellow Members:
??? The US Trustee for the Central District has just issued a directive today that states that "family members are no longer allowed to serve as an interpreter at 341(a) meetings of creditors" (yes -- in all Chapters).?? Please advise that this new directive goes into effect immediately.? Please plan accordingly.
