Oddly, when the confirmation is continued, you just give notice of the confirmation under the nat'l rule.

Those notices are a little off. We are supposed to be giving notice of the plan confirmation, but to obtain objections before the 341a, we are required, by local rule, to give notice early. The national rule does not require as much notice. Oddly,

I missed the LR 3015-1 deadline for serving notice of the plan confirmation
hearing and plan on creditors and Te in a C13 by 4 days. Do I need to move
for relief from default or ask the Te for a continuance of the 341?
