Do I need to reopen case for filing omitted creditor and prosecuting 523(a)(2) action

I have not researched, but I feel that this debt is discharged until you
reopen the case and obtain an order declaring it nondischargeable. If you
proceed with state court litigation then you are violating the discharge
injunction. I agree that bankruptcy court has exclusive jurisdiction to
determine the dischargeability of this debt.
