Filing a Fee Application After a Conversion from a 11 to 7

Dear Listmates:
I had a chapter 11 case converted from an 11 to a 7. I was the approved attorney for the Debtor in the 11. I know that the conversion ends my approval. And I know that my fees get paid now through the 7. What is the procedure I need to follow for getting paid? Do I file an interim fee application or a final fee application? If so, when I do I need to file it? Right after the conversion or 120 days since the original filing? The Rutter Guide and local rules are silent on this procedure.
I'd appreciate some guidance.
