Is anyone willing to share a sample objection to mortgage POC in a Chapter
13 where (1) the loan was transferred to a different loan servicer, and (2)
there is no breakdown of the additional fees and costs indicated in the
POC? (In this case the creditor told me and the debtor over the phone how
much *exactly* the arrears were on the date of filing - we put that in the
plan - then they file a POC for $5K higher, adding atty fees, etc. I want
to object.)
