2010 Bankruptcy Reference Book. It has the code, FRCP, FRBP, Local Rules and California exemptions. Pretty useful.

Jacob, Thanks for the kind comments. You can buy the Reference Guide from Legal Books Distributing. It is not on their website legalbooksdistributing.com but they have the guide and will ship it to you. It's a few bucks more to cover their cut for the distribution. I will have about 80 copies with me tomorrow. First come etc.

I have to say, I bought the reference guide at the nuts and bolts
presentation. What a convenient and fantastic resource! During the two-day
course, I felt like I was in Sunday service with bible in hand, flipping to
sections as Rev. Hayes of bankruptcy showed us the way.

I finally got the Bankruptcy Reference Guide 2010 footers solved and the books printed. I will bring copies to the meeting on 5/22. $30 each. It has the Bankruptcy Code, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Bankruptcy Rules, the Local Bankruptcy Rules and the California exemptions. The code is edited to take out the stuff we never look at, i.e., Chapter 9 and 15, railroad case, etc. I also have a separate code book, 5x8, for $10. See you there. Jon
