E'er contributions to 401k

Debtor receives from employer an annual direct contribution to debtor's
401k. A bonus of sorts. Under 101(10A)A is this "income.the debtor
receives" ? It seems to me that it is, but I am wondering if anybody knows
of any authority (other than the "it seems to me" type authority upon which
I hope not to rely) to the contrary.
My reading of 101(10A)B would not include it, as it is not a contribution
made "on regular basis" nor is it "for the household expenses of the
debtor".
If other factors permit, we will just wait out the six months, but if they
don't, inquiring minds want to know.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.
