templates there too.
Also, just ask for a few case numbers from the Wise Ones and you'll get
plenty of useful templates.
Our Yahoo site has some helpful information and goodies to work with.

Also, check the LBR forms as they provide a general format to work with too.

I think such a book would be worth substantially more than $100. What
