If your order is rejected, review what you submitted and you'll notice
that it doesn't satisfy the requirements set forth in the LOU section
of the Court's manual. If it's not a formatting error, it's a service
error. My office has received rejection notices, but after I review
the order submitted, they really are defective when checked against
the manual -- a general observation about rejected orders is that they
show attempts to take shortcuts.

What adds to the frustration is: (1) I dont get them until several weeks after lodging the order, and (2) the phone message for the chambers of the judge in question has a recording saying that they will not answer the phone.
