Collecting fees for voluntarily dismissed Ch 13?

If you take 1/2 your fees up front and then 1/2 to go through the plan and
then you voluntarily dismiss, do you kiss the 1/2 of your fees goodbye?
What's the normal procedure on this? I know some attorneys do zero down
13s. Do you actually collect if the plan doesn't get confirmed? How do you
handle?
