Update: I have been informed that there will be a celebration of life to be scheduled for about a month from now.As soon as I hear about a date, I will let everyone know. My understanding is that there will be no funeral.

I have been informed that Carol Unruh passed away last night of cancer and I feel really blessed and grateful to have been able to know and work with her over the years even as opposing counsel. I am sure the membership feels the same as I do and will miss her collegiality and kindness.
