Plan payments in my possession but client wants dismissal

I feel a conflict as officer of court as well as duty to client: Chapter 13,
client has tendered payments to me in proper form. At 1st Confirmation, I
showed them to Nancy Curry, who saw that they were current. At podium,
expressed to judge and trustee that clients are thinking about dismissal
rather than deal with the then-Kagenveama objection. Knowing debtors can
afford the hefty PP, Trustee was accommodating in form of a very long
continuance date rather than seek conversion or dismissal. Next day,
clients tell me that they do indeed want dismissal. What do I do with the
plan payments? Hale
