Is it possible to undo a Chapter 7 discharge in order to file a

PC received a Ch. 7 discharge a couple of months ago. He really would have
benefited more with a Chapter 13 (lien strip of 2nd mortgage). Is it
possible to unwind the previous Ch. 7 discharge in order to seek a Ch. 13
bk?
