Hello all,
I am confusing myself today. Quick question:
Chapter 13. Surrendering property. 1st mortgage. For purposes of calculating unsecured debt both for 109(e) purposes and for plan-percentage purposes:
Do we list the claim as being wholly secured? Or do we bifurcate the secured/unsecured portion of the lien?
Thanks,
