That was my prior experience also, which is why I started this nightmare by
telling clients "you should get your discharge within a couple weeks of when
we file your B23". That was in February...argh...

have a designated person to bug the clients about taking the class who does
a great job. Since that time, I've had other situations where I've tried to
get a case dismissed or discharged and I've been told there is nothing I can
do as well; however, the cases have discharged or dismissed soon after I
