Case reopened for financial management certs - how long til discharge?

What a nightmare...
Not that you do not know your client management skills but I would do my best "filings are up 80% right now" speech. Maybe send the clients a billable statement of your time with no charge (b/c it is flat rate) and a letter to let them know you are working on it...sometimes a piece of actual paper on nice letterhead makes them warm and fuzzy.
