Amy, I have the client call the car company and arrange to drop it off at a
site of the car company's choosing. Never had a problem with that.

Is there a motion for relief from stay necessary?
I have seen my client's either keep the car indefinitely -- no one
ever calls or tries to pick them up -- or the lender waits until after
discharge. This is a problem -- the waiting -- when my client has to
pay car insurance.
