Lien Strip

This probably does not help the process with the LA judges, bt the
three valley judges opted out of the new LBR 4003-2(a)(2)such that a
Lam motion, may be brought by motion under the requirements of LBR
9013-1 through LBR 9013-4. As a precaution I filed an ex parte
application the other day to stay 2nd trust deed payment requirements
pending the hearing on a Lam motion in front of Judge Mund. Judge
Mund denied the application as unnecessary in that the Lam Motion
itself was sufficient to stay payment requirements pending the
hearing. That certainly streamlines the process in her courtroom.
