Does anyone have a formatted service list document for LOU orders that
allows for inputting the right and left side of the page independently with
either the ECF or mailing address of the parties to be served with the
order? The one I have doesn't work too well because every time I cut and
paste addresses into the column, it messes up the formatting on the other
side. This requires me to manually enter each address from scratch on the
order.
