Subject: [cdcbaa] Motion to Modify Mortgage
I have a client whose Chapter 13 plan was confirmed not long ago.
Client wants to modify the mortgage, however lender is asking for an
authorization letter from the trustee prior to starting the
modification process. Trustee will not issue such a letter, but
instead advised us to make a motion with the court.
I will greatly appreciate if anyone can share a sample motion to
modify a mortgage.
Thank you.
