Plan term less than 36 months after Kagenveama

I'm doing an opposition to an OUST Motion at the moment dealing with, among
other things, a Kagenveama fact pattern. I'm trying to do some quick
research on this issue: Has anyone tried or heard of anyone trying to do a
less than 36 month plan term for debtors that meet the criteria under
Kagenveama?
