Client does not have anything except the $5K in Wells Fargo Bank. Both
husband and wife were unemployed at time of filing and husband has cancer.
They need the money to survive every day. What makes Wells Fargo think
they have the right to stop my client from using the money to survive? If
they hold on to the funds any longer, I will scream at them on the phone
(probably will be screaming at some representative in India). At any rate,
I learned a lesson. Right before I file, I will make sure client has at
least some pocket money to tie them over for 10 days, just in case.
