While I thank you for the compliment Jim and I would have been dedicated to file a petition if necessary after the Superbowl was over, I actually made the post Saturday morning. There was just a 48 hour delay in it appearing on the list serve.

ECF Filing - Government Pay Module

I don't see how. It has nothing to do with the ECF System, and it let me
file it just fine. I sent an E Mail to ECF last night. I got an answer
this morning saying try again. I did and the normal module to pay came up
with my name and amount in it. Then it got stuck in must pay mode like the
other thread said he got. Docket looks fine in PACER. Very weird. It has
frozen the whole system into must pay mode under my ECF Password. I tried
to see what would happen when I hit pay and it said already paid and locked
in another mode. Wonderful upgrade. I had to file, because my guy just
passed the means test for a Jan filing and would just fail for a Feb filing.

I was just able to finally pay for the case, and the same thing is
happening. I can't file anything for any case and the system is stuck in
the payment due mode.
Maria Soria E Mailed me from my query last night. She said try and pay
again. I just e mailed her and told her what is happening (so we will see).
It looks fine in the docket (case filed, ssn filed, credit counseling filed,
case paid).
Hank
PS: Maybe this is only happening on new cases! The system was very weird
last night about 7:00 when I filed. I have never had it come up "government
pay system not available".

I filed a case tonight and had all sorts of troubles as well. When I went
to pay for the case, the pay module was unavailable. Several hours later, I
was able to pay for the case. However, when I go to try and file any
document, it blocks me out, saying that a payment for the case I filed is
due. When I go into Utilities Internet Payments Due, it tells me
the
So, now I am stuck and cant file any more cases until I can get in touch
with someone at the help desk.

ECF Filing - Government Pay Module

I just tried to file a case with ECF. It took the case pdf. But would not
let me pay (The government pay module is not available). I checked the
docket, and the case was there with today's date. After numerous attempts
to load creditors the pay module came up. It simply would not take my card
because they have changed the pay module and it will not allow you to put in
an amount, so you cannot pay (it keeps requiring an amount which cannot be
out in).
Has anyone else experienced any problems?
Hank
PS: So much for the new upgrade
