Robert Kwan and Lamm motions

Judge Kwan, along with the other Santa Ana judges, permits Lam motions, but may accede to an objecting creditors request that the issue be decided via adversary (he so stated in court a couple weeks ago).

Does anyone know whether Robert Kwan in Santa Ana requires a Lamm
motion or an adversary proceeding to stip off a 2nd mortgage that is
completely unsecured?
