It works for whatever judges will allow it to work. If it's in the form,
perhaps they will all come around to that position.

Correct me if Im wrong, but that would only work for Judges who dont
require adversary proceedings, correct? Or would this this simply be a
motion that either gets done in the main case or as part of the adversary
proceeding?
