Mark:
File a motion to strike the late opposition (or a motionto exclude), messenger the courtesy copy to the judge's chambers so the court will read it today. Don't know when you got the late papers, but you should have filed a motion yesterday (two days before the hearing)so the judge had two days to read it.

Best Way to Handle a late Reply to an Opposition

Dear Listserv,
I filed an opposition to a relief from turnover motion and the
opposing party filed their reply late and an objection late.
Obviously, I would like to get the judge to throw these out since
they're passed the deadline. The hearing is tomorrow morning. What is
the best way to handle this? Do I file a reply or objection today? Or
do I bring it up orally at the hearing tomorrow?
I appreciate any suggestions.
Thank you,
Marc Weitz
