SA Judge Kwan commented from the bench that the motion vs. adversary case issue on 'valuation' will be discussed at the March - 2009 Central District judges' conference. Perhaps some clarity after that.

Correct me if Im wrong, but that would only work for Judges who
dont require adversary proceedings, correct? Or would this this simply be a
motion that either gets done in the main case or as part of the adversary
proceeding?
