Trustee' sent by mistake earned attorney fees to debtor

What do yo do??
Trustee' sent by mistake earned attorney fees to debtor in form of "Debtor Refund" after dismissal of the case.
Debtor quickly had "cashed" the refund check. What if Debtor refuses to rerturn the funds?? (the amount is $4,200.00 - ouch)
any thoughts. Is Trustee responsible or liable to pay me? Trustee's office had overlooked filed and served RaRa.
