I have a person wherein I may sub into the case just for purely academic purposes:
The Debtor had a Chapter 13 discharged in 2005 at 100%.
Filed a Chapter 7 in January 2009 to stop a garnishment.
Is she prohibited from a discharge through Chapter 7 under 727?
