The judges already have issue #1 on their plate. They are inundated with
paper and don't want anything more than they need. We are being impatient.
As I pointed out on Saturday when someone was asking J. Jury about this same
issue: continuing to deluge them with paper is more likely to get a positive
result than all of the badgering in the world. J. Jury agreed.
Perhaps the suggestion can be floated that the EDCA has a Chapter 13 plan
with a place to check the box for liens to be stripped. Can we adopt this
process?

OK, where do I start...
1) Can you please ask that a list of documents be created for each judge re those that we must deliver or mail every time we efile something.
2) When converting a Chapter 13that has been confirmed and the debtor has lost income, will the judges accept amended schedules with proof of income rather than a B22A. The B22A at this pointis a make-work problem for debtor's counsel and doesn't help anyone determine whether abuse exists and there usually are no funds to pay for same...
3) Also when converting a Chapter 13 to 7, since we are not submitting order and the judges don't want to be bothered by telephone calls regarding the status of orders, how can the order be entered quickly? Sometimes the judge sits on the order and this causes problems where relief from stay is granted in Ch13, but not Ch7 and there is equity to protect for debtor and/or creditors.
4) Will video conferencing be made more readily available in LA and SV any time soon?

to discuss a variety of issues next week. One of the topics is
improvements to overall court procedures with an eye towards increasing
efficiency for us all. If anyone has any suggestions or comments please
