Ch13: Property taxes in plan v. impounded in payment

Case was filed and pre-petition property taxes were put in plan. However,
with first payment post-petition, mortgage co. sends statement indicating
that these are impounded, raising mortgage payment to an amount that's
infeasible. I clearly need to object to the POC - don't all debts need to
be paid through plan, or do they even have a leg to stand on? Is it also a
violation of the stay and collecting on a debt post-petition?
