As you know, President Obama announced his administration's Homeowner
Affordability and Stability Plan last week. A writer for the New York Times
is wanting to talk to homeowners *not* helped by HASP. He's specfically
looking for debtors more than 105% loan-to-value (um, everyone) who have
jumbo mortgages (over $417,000, if I figure it right).

If you have a client or prospect who wants to talk to the NY Times, please
contact me in a private email.
