New Law???

A lawyer friend who represents a lot of foreclosure trustees explained that there is a new law that "I believe" says after the NOD runs for 90 days, the lender has to wait another 90 days before publishing NOS. I will confirm, but that's what he told me. They are getting up to speed on it as well.

Subject: [cdcbaa] New Law???
Do we have some sort of new moratorium on foreclosures under California law? Some of my clients are asking about it and I don't know anything about it.
