You still can't electronically file anything, but you can search and review filed pleadings on-line as of Sunday afternoon. One of the new things they did was put a filing bar at the top of documents showing the date and time the document was filed; hopefully it will replace the EDF receipt.
Also, does anyone know of a good appearance attorney in Sacramento? Bakersfield?
