When can I file a new case?

Once an ORDER dismissing the the case has been entered, you are able to file a new case. Please understand that there is a great difference between a NOTICE of Dismissal and an Order of Dismissal. (You do not need to wait for the closing of the 1st case).

PC's case dismissed without discharge, but has not yet been closed.
PC has moved to different county -- when can I file a new case for
him? Do I need to wait until prior BK is closed? For various
reasons, he would rather refile then move to reopen.
