Office mate or partner inquiry for Long Beach practice

Colleagues:
I am looking for an office mate or partner because my practice has grown
and I need a little more space. I have found an awesome suite in the
World Trade Center in Long Beach, where I've had office on one floor or
another since 1996. It is a Class A building with a post office and
access right off the 710 freeway which makes it easy for clients to come
in from around the region.
This suite is 1,356 sq. feet with two partner offices and two very large
interior spaces. The partner offices overlook the ocean, Queen Mary and
is above and looking out over all the downtown buildings (it is on the
18th floor) You'd have to see this killer view to really appreciate it,
and the suite itself is very appealing. Do a search on Legacy Partners
http://www.legacypartners.com for actual floor plan. I believe it could
be had a total cost of around $3,000 per month /$1,500 each due to the
office glut.
There is also the possibility of more collaboration beyond office space.
If you are looking to make an impression on clients (a debatable
proposition for bankruptcy clients I know) this place may be of interest
