Seriously though woman, you have to pick your battles or you'll go crazy, or
that was my experience. I am just excited not to send most Ch 7 filings to
judges again.

"Exactly."

I have had the same thing happen with two of my cases. On the first case I was able to have a clerk in the valley office acknowledge the new rules and remove the deficancy. However, I am stiff fighting over the second case.
I have even gone so far as to point them to the BK courts site that quotes the new rules. My fingers are crossed, but....

I took a chance and filed 2 cases without Form B201B. Of course I got notices that my cases were deficient. I called the clerk. Clerk said she didn't care what Form B201B says; she will dismiss my cases if I don't file Form B201B, despite the fact that I have signed Exhibit B.

Form B201B says that you do not file this form unless you failed to sign Exhibit B to the Voluntary Petition. We all sign Exhibit B on the Voluntary Petition. I took a chance and filed 2 cases without Form B201B. Of course I got notices that my cases were deficient. I called the clerk. Clerk said she didn't care what Form B201B says; she will dismiss my cases if I don't file Form B201B, despite the fact that I have signed Exhibit B.
What's up with this?
My filings would go so quickly if I did not have to contend with all these ridiculous local forms. Is there any way to lobby the CDCA BK rule makers to get rid of Forms 1015-2, Form B201B, 2090-1, and the electronic filing declaration?
