Pay advices for roommate whose income contributes to

No, that is HER income and she is not under the court's jurisdiction.
Do they share a bank account? If any money gets deposited into that, you
could use account statements, properly redacted to show only the income.
I would do a declaration -- write a declaration just explaining what needs
to be explained and have client sign it. That has worked for me in the
past. Here is an example of one I filed in a potentially complicated
Chapter 7 -- it was accepted by trustee and court so format was at least
acceptable.
