Motion to extend stay in 2nd filing
Hello,
I am filing two cases (13) that require motions to extend stay as they
are 2nd filing. I have found one copy on PACER and I have the correct
forms, but I would love to see a copy of anyone's successful motions.
Even with a form, there are so many small things that can go wrong the
first time and of course I need to get these right for my clients!!
If you had a recent case with a successful motion to extend stay, if
you could just post the case number that would be awesome as I can
then get the document from PACER.
