Withdraw from a chapter 7 case

Live with it and learn. Handling the case will not take that much effort.
Getting out will cost you more aggrevation.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Withdraw from a chapter 7 case
OK, I did a dumb thing. I filed a chapter 7 (corporate) case without waiting
for the check to clear. The check bounced off of a 747 at 30,000 feet.
(Twice)
Do I need to file a motion to withdraw from the case? The 341 is on the 13th
of Jan. If I do need a motion, does anyone have a sample i can look at.
